Trilogy Engineering Services LLC is a minority-owned, woman-owned engineering firm founded by Thessalonian LeBlanc, MBA with its primary business locations in Houston, TX and Jackson, MS. The organization was originally founded in 2015 to provide engineering and professional services to municipal, private, and industrial clients in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Georgia. In 2016, Harold Underwood, Jr. joined the firm to bring additional expertise in environmental services and to heighten the organization’s business development presence.
The staff of Trilogy Engineering Services have experience in design, managing, and overseeing construction of drinking water and wastewater (reuse water) projects, manhole pipeline assessment inspections, disaster recovery, document management, consulting and assisting with the initial setup and implementation of programs that offer individuals a Fresh Start into the workforce.
Ms. LeBlanc and Mr. Underwood were both employed at multinational engineering firms for over 30 years and thus they understand the administrative and delivery aspects of engineering from a large- scale point-of-view. Even though the organization is still in its infancy years, Trilogy Engineering Services continues to move in line with the communities we serve in. We believe our success is built on the trust of our clients, employees, and the communities our work impact.
